Black Alumnae Weekend

We are thrilled to welcome you back to St. Catherine’s for Black Alumnae Weekend this fall! This special gathering is all about reconnection, celebration, and community—a chance to honor shared experiences, create new memories, and celebrate the legacy of Black alumnae.
 

Schedule of Events

Friday, November 7

12:30 - 1:15 p.m.: Lunch with the students from Unity, Kenny Center Multi-purpose Room
 
4-5 p.m.:  Student-led Campus Tour, St. Catherine's
 
5 -7 p.m.: Welcome Reception, St. Catherine's, Bacot Reception
 
7 - 9:30p.m.: Ampersand presents Harry Potter, Endeavour Hall
 
Saturday, November 8
 
Noon- 1:30 p.m.: Lunch, St. Catherine's, followed by group photo
 
1:45 p.m.:  Shuttle from St. Catherine’s to Jackson Ward
 
2- 3:30 p.m.: Bus and Walking Tour of Jackson Ward with Gary Flowers
 
3:30p.m:  Shuttle from Jackson Ward back to St. Catherine’s
 
4-5 p.m.: Sound Bath led by The Well Collective, St. Catherine’s
 
7 p.m. - Dinner in Richmond, location TBA
 
Sunday, November 9

11 a.m.: Farewell Brunch Hosted by our Community Engagement Team, Lillie Pearl
