Visual Arts Program
St. Catherine’s offers comprehensive Visual Arts programs for all students, beginning with Early Learners (age 3) and continuing through Upper School. Our curriculum fosters art skills and techniques and encourages expression, creativity and problem solving.

Lower School
Students receive an introduction to art history and learn about art cultures and traditions around the world. Classes encourage students to explore media to enhance skills and learn about self-expression. -
Middle School
As students gain skills and confidence, we aim to inspire and nurture their creative interests by exposing them to a wider range of art styles and media, with expert faculty to guide them every step of the way. -
Upper School
Whether learning Design Elements in an Art Foundation class or finalizing a college portfolio in Honors Advanced Art, students sharpen their skills in an environment that encourages individual expression, creative thinking and problem solving.
