ANTICIPATED SEARCH TIMELINE
We have developed a general timeline according to how we anticipate the process will run, but we will make modifications as needed to ensure that we attract, interview, and nominate the best new leader for St. Catherine's School. Ultimately, the decision to appoint St. Catherine's next Head of School resides with the Board of Governors and the Trustees of Church Schools in the Diocese of Virginia.
Search Committee was appointed and hired a search consultant to support the Head of School recruitment process.
Through on-campus meetings, interviews, and a confidential online survey, St. Catherine’s School community members are invited to share input with consultants on the qualities desired for the next Head of School. All of these unique perspectives and data will help shape the position profile for St. Catherine's next Head of School that will be used throughout the recruitment and interviewing phases.
