K-Grade 4 After-School Enrichment

Lower School Clubhouse
We know that girls love choices, and by giving girls choices, they dive deeper into exploration that fuels future passions. Through St. Catherine's Lower School Clubhouse, K-grade 4 girls can continue to explore, learn and grow after the school bell. Families may select Tuesdays and/or Thursdays up to 6 p.m., with sessions taking place throughout the school year on days when school is in session. Parents with daughters in kindergarten through grade 4 may choose Clubhouse participation with or without Extended Day enrollment.
Year-round enrichment for the 2021-2022 school year is $940 for one day a week or $1,600 for two days a week.

For more information, contact Kat Cockerham, Lower School Clubhouse Coordinator, at 804-288-2804, ext. 3037 or kcockerham@st.catherines.org.

Grades 5-6 After-School Enrichment

The GAP (Girls After-school Program) for grades 5-6
Launching Fall 2021

Girls in 5th and 6th grade can keep exploring after the school dismissal and fill up the space between school and home with more learning and fun. This enrichment program is designed especially for pre-teen girls by Deborah Smith, Middle School Critical and Creative Thinking Skills and Assistant Director of Brilliant Summer. Each day at the GAP will contain two parts — one part for academic time, with a special emphasis on English and math, and one part for exploration of extracurricular interests. Because we know that girls love voice and choice, girls will be surveyed for topics of interest with a seasonal rotation of offerings. Parents love it because girls have time to complete homework and learn new things. Similar to Lower School Clubhouse, it is offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and can be combined with Extended Day after-school care.

For more information, contact msgap@st.catherines.org or the Gap Coordinator, Deborah Smith, at dsmith@st.catherines.org.
