Saints beat Trinity 3-0
Hockey moves to 2-0 in LIS
St Catherine’s and Trinity Episcopal met Tuesday in front of an enthusiastic and verbal crowd this week. A back and forth game played between the 25's would be would turn when the Saints pulled ahead on two short corner goals in the first half.
Captain leadership would provide the decisive points as Helen Warner scored off of a direct corner and Peyton Smith found Anna Sauer for a clean tip to the far post. Our final goal would also be a far post tip-in as Amanda Kim found Alexi Crittenden to go push the score to 3-0.
The game sets up a contest for first place in the LIS when St. C travels to Collegiate to complete the first half of the LIS regular Season next Tuesday.
