Annual Giving

Support Our Annual Giving Efforts

Every year, St. Catherine’s appeals to the members of our community for a gift to support the School's Annual Giving efforts, which fund many of the "extras" that enhance and distinguish a St. Catherine's education. These contributions add approximately five percent to the School’s operating budget, which enables us to attract and retain premiere faculty and offer an unparalleled array of academic, athletic and arts programs. Annual Giving helps St. Catherine’s offer each girl a truly exceptional educational experience.

  • 24 Hours of Giving

Every year we hold our 24 Hours of Giving to bolster our Annual Giving efforts. Hundreds of people make gifts during this 24 hour period to support St. Catherine’s. Save the date for this year’s event: Thursday, March 21, 2024.
  • Alumnae and Reunion Giving

St. Catherine’s alumnae demonstrate their commitment to the School in countless ways, including providing vital support for the School’s operations. Every five years, our alumnae call upon their classmates to make a special gift in honor of their reunion. We honor the alumnae class with the highest percentage of participation in their class gift each year during Reunion Weekend.

  • Volunteer Leadership

The success of our Annual Giving efforts depends upon the dedication and persistence of an army of volunteers. We need and welcome your help in this vital effort. Please contact Katherine Ferguson, Assistant Director of Development, to get involved.

  • Increase Your Gift with a Matching Gift

Many gifts to St. Catherine’s are doubled, or in some cases tripled, because corporations and foundations match gifts to educational institutions made by their employees, retirees and directors. Your eligibility, and the amount and timing of your match, are at the sole discretion of the matching gift company or foundation. Please check with your human resources or employee benefits office to determine if your employer will match your gift to St. Catherine’s.
