After a slow start, we were able to refocus and put our game faces on. Shooting high shots made all the difference, as we scored 5 unanswered goals once we were able to determine the goalie was good low. Chaney Mangenello had another huge scoring performance with four goals, while Sydney Schriener contributed 5 assists. Ralsie Brooke (3g,1a) and Charlotte Sisk (2g,1a) both contributed to the attack on Friday. Emily Johnson played her heart out and fought for many 50/50 balls. Defender Helen Warner came charging down the field off an interception and scored an incredible goal to push our momentum level even higher. With a final score of 11-6, it was truly a team effort to get the pace of the game rolling, but this squad never let down. The Saints look to finish up their season this week against Trinity and Covenant.
