Choirs and Band Compete at Busch Gardens

Two St. Catherine's Middle School choirs and a joint fifth grade band traveled to Williamsburg.

Over the weekend, the St. Catherine's Middle School Choir and 8th Notes, the fifth grade band (made up of St. Catherine's and St. Christopher's students) and the St. Christopher's Middle School Choir traveled to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg to compete in the Music in the Parks Festival.

The Middle School Choir and 8th Notes both earned an excellent rating, St. Christopher's Choir earned a superior rating and the band earned a good rating.

“Even with an early and chilly start, the competition and the day spent at Busch Gardens proved a great experience for all,” said Sarah Frook, Director of Middle School Choirs and Music.
