Previous Head of School Laura Fuller returns to campus for a visit.
Before the bell rang for school this morning, Head of School Dr. Scheckelhoff, faculty, staff, students and board members welcomed previous Head of School Laura Fuller in a ceremony at the Armfield Science Center.
During her time as Head, Fuller’s leadership helped to advance the St. Catherine’s science program and made the new Armfield Science Center a reality. To honor her commitment to St. Catherine’s, the Independent-Research-Lab has been dedicated to Fuller.
Censations, St. Catherine’s Upper School a cappella group, kicked off the morning by singing two songs to welcome Fuller. During the ceremony, Upper School Independent-Research students Elizabeth Abrash and Hallie Reichel presented their research projects to the crowd.
Dr. Scheckelhoff, thanked her for her hard work and dedication to the future of St. Catherine’s during her time as Head of School.
Fuller, now the Head of School at the University School of Milwaukee, expressed her gratitude for the collaborative effort of the Board, School leaders and countless other members of the community who participated in the planning, construction and campaign that transformed the St. Catherine’s campus to what it is today.
