Yearbook Honored

The 2011 Quair was recently honored for design and coverage.
The 2011 Quair Yearbook staff has been honored for its accomplishments in yearbook design and coverage. The annual was recognized by Balfour Yearbooks and iis featured in Balfour's 2012 edition of the YearbookYearbook.
Only three percent of schools using the company are featured in this annual publication.
“Good yearbooks capture the history of the year in words and pictures,” Judi Coolidge, Balfour education specialist said.  “To be recognized by Balfour in YearbookYearbook, your book isn’t just good, it’s great. It relates stories that the students obviously wanted to share. Those stories, told through words and photographs, evoke an experience in the readers, taking them back to a game, a dance or a rehearsal. It’s a magical experience.”
Yearbooks published by Balfour for the 2011 school year were evaluated in one or more of the following areas: theme development, layout design, photo content, secondary packages and cover design.
Molly Rose '11 was the editor of the Quair with editorial staff members Emily Berger, Lexi Cole '11, Alison Conley, Liza Doswell '11, Rossie Hutcheson '11, Emily Johnson '11, Kyle Liggan, Ann Prideaux, Abigail Rose, Eliza Sullivan '11 and Kara Williams '11. Diane Vaccarino is the faculty advisor.
