Faculty Present at National Conference

Three members of the St. Catherine's Upper School presented at the National Coalition of Girls' School Conference over the weekend.
     St. Catherine’s Upper School faculty members Diane Vaccarino and Karen Brockenbrough presented with Upper School Director Cathy McGehee at the National Coalition of Girls’ Schools Conference held in Washington, D.C. over the weekend. They were joined by incoming Head of School Dr. Terrie Hale Scheckelhoff.
     The group from St. Catherine’s collaborated with Elinor Scully and Alison Gammage from National Cathedral School. They presented on the topic of  “how learning centers cultivate authenticity and build communities that support the whole girl,” McGehee said.
     They also attended a variety of speakers and sessions tailored to the education of girls.
