The Middle School Gold team faced another loss this week in a game against St. Benedict. "This has definitely been our best game of the season," remarked point guard Ella de Vanoge.
"We took a lot of shots, which was really great," remarked 8th grader Anne Pearce. "Next time, we need to actually focus on making the shots and not just taking them," she said. The team had a total of 34 shot attempts and made three baskets in the fourth quarter, for a total of six points.
"I think that our defense was awesome," said Morgan Mistr, a center for the team. Margaret Brown also added that the team "worked harder to be stronger on defense."
