Fort, Ukrop, Crittenden, and Haynes star in trangular meet

Stephanie Fort outdid herself again in the 4X8 with a split of 2:29 and in the 4X4 with a split of 61.7.  Polly Ukrop had a triple PR day in the SP, 4X2, and the LJ.  Lindsay Crittenden looked relaxed in winning the 500 in a time of 1:24.35.  And Barrett Haynes had a PR of about 15 seconds in the 3200m with a time of 12:23.  Varsity score: Mills Godwin 70, Patrick Henry 49, St. Catherine's 36. 
St. Catherine's was victorious in the JV meet with outstanding performances from Phoebe Hankins in the SP and Morgan Powell in the 1000.
