Six Student-Athletes Celebrated on National Signing Day

Student-athletes from the Class of 2024 committed to continue athletics in college during the Signing Day celebration on the Green.
     St. Catherine's celebrated six student-athletes from the Class of 2024 on National Signing Day on the Green on Wednesday. This year included the first-ever beach volleyball commit for St. Catherines. Madison Loving will play at Division I University of Alabama-Birmingham.

College Commitments from the Class of 2024:
  • Elizabeth Goodwin-Birnie, South Carolina swimming (Division I)
  • Emalene Harter, Ball State field hockey (Division I)
  • Madison Loving, University of Alabama-Birmingham beach volleyball (Division I)
  • Grady O'Donnell, Sweet Briar soccer (Division III)
  • Porter Rhoades, Penn State lacrosse (Division I)
  • Peyton Sutton, Florida Southern lacrosse (Division II)
     Student-athletes across the nation officially signed with their college for athletics on National Signing Day. Athletics attending Division I schools sign a National Letter of Intent while Division  II and III athletes are celebrated that day. Additional commitments from the Class of 2024 will be celebrated in the spring.
