Upper School girls engaged in Health and Wellness programming as part of the Saints For Life program. Students had the choice of attending a 15-minute session taught by their peers that provides stress relief and joy. Workshop topics included no-bake cooking, jewelry-making, games, time management and discussions about favorite books. The Upper School Saints for Life Program is a co-curricular program that offers students a variety of experiences each year in topics such as Health & Wellness, Diversity & Inclusion, Local & Global Citizenship and Leadership & Empowerment.
