LS Farewell to Seniors Goes Virtual

The Lower School farewell took place over Zoom with special videos today.
Since the 1940s the Lower School has said farewell to the seniors in the spring by singing “I Saw A Ship A-Sailing.” The seniors sing a response to the LS girls during the song, which follows the fourth grade play.
This year, the tradition happened, although it was just a bit different.
The fourth grade recorded their play from home and then shared it with the seniors. Then, both the fourthies and the seniors recorded “I Saw A Ship A-Sailing,” which was edited together.
Instead of the entire Lower School this year, the fourthies and seniors joined together in a Zoom to watch the video of the song together.
