Teachers Celebrate Graduations

     St. Catherine’s teachers model lifelong learning throughout their careers with a commitment to professional development. Five St. Catherine’s teachers took it to another level as they completed advanced degrees this spring.
     Four teachers continued their education at the University of Richmond:
  • Co-World Languages Chair and Upper School Science teacher Danielle Armstrong completed her Master's in Education with a specialization in gifted.
  • Co-Music Department Chair/Middle School teacher Ben Court completed his Master’s in Education in Leadership and Policy Studies.
  • Kindergarten teacher Maddy Hargis completed her Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction.
  • Middle School teacher Rachel Stoller completed her Virginia Teacher Licensure Certificate, Gifted Education Certificate, and Master's in Education in Curriculum and Instruction.
P.E. teacher and coach Alexa Anderson ’10 graduated from the Center for Sports Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters of Education.
