Theatre at St. Catherine's
Our theatre programs encourage students to express themselves artistically while strengthening critical thinking skills and collaborating with fellow students. Theatre is an excellent way for students to build confidence, and our top-notch facilities and programs are the perfect setting for any student interested in theatre.

Lower School
Students in Lower School learn early skills in performance and production work, culminating in a yearly dance and/or musical theatre production. -
Middle School
Elective courses expose students to a range of performance, design and technical theatre skills. Students may also participate in Outré, the joint theatre company for St. Catherine's and St. Christopher’s Middle Schools. -
Upper School
Our advanced curriculum allows students to learn in areas of performance, playwriting, directing, design, technical theatre and theatre history. Ampersand, the joint theatre company of St. Catherine’s and St. Christopher’s Upper Schools, mounts productions in the fall, winter and spring.

State-of-the-Art Facilities
Located inside Endeavour Hall, The Love Jennison Family Theatre is a Broadway-caliber, 550-seat facility for our theatre productions. This beautiful two-story theatre includes a 56’ flytower, an Innovation Lab/Scene Shop and more.
