Power of Play

Saints Athletic Boosters are presenting a three-part series this year titled "Power of Play."
Saints Athletic Boosters presented The Power of Play on Monday night, part one of a three-part Zoom Forum series. Monday's sessions focused on various aspects of athlete development and competition.
Leading the discussion were Saints alumna Ali Doswell ’13, the 2017 NCAA DIII Women’s Basketball Player of the Year and National Champion; Shannon Taylor, a former USA Field Hockey National Team Player and 2011 Pan Am Gold Medalist; and Kellie Wells-Brinkley, a 2012 Olympic Bronze Medalist in the 100m Hurdles. The three women, all Richmond natives, spoke about grit, persistence, and the "power of play" with their teammates and a supportive athletics community.
The Power of Play is a special series for Saints athletes, parents and Booster members.
