St. Catherine's field hockey coach Kasey Gilbride said junior twins Emma and Julia Ronnau have "twin telepathy."

The twins themselves said their whole lives, they've built that telepathy. Emma and Julia have grown up on the field together so they know where one another is and what the next move will be.

That was more than evident at Julie Dayton Field on Tuesday against Trinity Episcopal in overtime. Tied 2-2, with the clock winding down, St. Catherine's (6-0) got a penalty corner against the stout Titans (4-2) defense, its fourth of the overtime and, in the pouring rain, Emma sent the ball in, it was passed over to Julia from Lillian Harter, Julia took a shot and sister Emma tipped it in.
