Upper School (Grades 9 - 12)

Our admissions process begins by building a relationship with your family. Each step allows us to get to know your daughter and to better understand her readiness for our Upper School.
Submit an online application: The first step in the application process is to submit an online application in SaintsNet

St. Catherine’s requires supplemental forms and transcripts for each candidate as a part of the application process.

  • Administrative Recommendation
  • School Transcript Release, transcripts and current year report cards
Testing: Testing is optional. If you would like to submit test scores (SSAT, PSAT, ISSEE) you will have the opportunity to do that through your SaintsNet checklist. For information on how to register for the SSAT visit ssat.org.

We recommend completing all steps and forms by January 1 in order to meet the priority deadline to be considered for first-round decisions. After the deadline, we will process applications on a rolling basis as space allows.

  • Thursday, November 2, 8:30-10:30 a.m. -Middle and Upper School Admissions Program (Parent & Daughter)
  • Tuesday, November 14, 8:30-10:30 a.m. - Middle and Upper School Admissions Program (Parent & Daughter)
  • January 1, 2024 - Priority Application Deadline - ensures consideration in the first round of decisions. 
  • March 1 - First Round of Grade 9 Decisions (sent electronically at 4 p.m.)
  • March 25 - First Round of Grade 9 Enrollment Contracts Due
Additional admission decisions for Upper School are made on a rolling basis as space permits.
