Six athletes and one coach/administrator join the 48 others already inducted into the Hall of Fame.
These women represent the high ideals of St. Catherine’s as student-athletes, alumnae, coaches and School leaders while achieving at high levels in their sports and beyond.
St. Catherine’s will celebrate excellence in athletics during Hall of Fame weekend, Jan. 23-24, 2026. The weekend will include a celebration at the basketball game on Friday night and an official induction ceremony during Saturday’s brunch.
Established in 2012, the Hall of Fame honors and celebrates the outstanding achievements of athletes, coaches and others who have made significant contributions to the Saints' athletic program and women’s athletics.
Meet the 2026 Inductees:Dr. Ashton Anderson Skoblar '96 led the Saints to three softball and two basketball LIS titles. Her presence on the court was enough for opponents to scout her regionally - something that wasn’t done at that time. Because teams prepared for Ashton, she was able to make her teammates better, and those teams made runs at LIS titles every year. Ashton was a game-changer for Saints basketball and softball in the 1990s.
Sharon Arrington led the Saints as a volleyball, basketball and softball coach, Physical Education teacher and Assistant Director of Athletics for 33 years. During her coaching years, the Saints won 10 LIS titles - one volleyball, four basketball and five softball. Sharon started the volleyball program at St. Catherine’s and was involved with game management of volleyball, basketball and softball until she retired. In addition to coaching, Sharon was an influential P.E. teacher.
Katherine Broaddus Blue ’54 was an athlete ahead of her time. She was a standout field hockey athlete, playing on the varsity team for four years and earning first-team all-state honors three years. She also played softball for three years.
Ali Doswell ’13 played three sports for the Saints, but stood out on the basketball court alongside her twin, Meredith. She passed 1,000 career points her senior year en route to the LIS title. Ali is the all-time assist leader at St. Catherine’s (422), second all-time leading scorer (1178 points) and second all-time steals (300). She was named the Division III Basketball Player of the Year after leading her Amherst team to the national title. Ali coaches cross country, basketball and track for the Saints.
Meredith Doswell ’13 was a three-sport athlete for the Saints, but stood out on the basketball court alongside her twin, Ali. She passed 1,000 career points her senior year en route to the LIS title. Meredith is St. Catherine’s all-time leading scorer (1,358 points), all-time leading rebounder (878) and all-time leading shot blocker (183). Meredith won a Division III national title at Amherst and was named to the All-Final Four team.
A three-sport athlete, Dr. Susie Goodale ’76 competed in field hockey, lacrosse and track, including four years as a varsity field hockey athlete. She served as the White team captain and participated in gymnastics and watermen at St. Catherine’s. In a time when opportunities were limited for women, Goodale went on to compete in two sports as a college athlete at Denison.
McKenzie Jump ’07 was a three-sport athlete and captain for the Saints. She started every game during her four years on the varsity field hockey team, winning the state title in 2005 and earning two-time All-LIS and All-Metro honors. As a basketball player, she was a three-year starter at point guard. For softball, she was a five-year varsity starter at shortstop, earning first-team all-state twice, two-time All-LIS honors and still ranks among the top in career hits leader, runs and stolen bases.
