Sumner Kerr '25 Wins Gold at World Rowing Championships
Sumner Kerr won a gold medal at the World Rowing Championships in July.
Sumner Kerr '25 won gold at the World Rowing Championships in Duisburg, Germany, earlier this summer. The victory marked the first U.S. gold medal in the women’s quadruple sculls at the U23 World Championships since 2007.
Kerr will be a sophomore at Stanford in the fall and is a member of the rowing team. She is a three-time national team member and now a world champion.
