Our admissions process begins by building a relationship with your family. Each step allows us to get to know your daughter and to better understand her readiness for our program.
Submit an online application: The first step in the application process is to submit an online application in SaintsNet

Supplemental Online Forms:

  • Parent/Guardian Statement
  • Request for Testing Form
  • Transcript Release Form

Transcripts and Recommendation Forms:
  • Current Teacher Recommendation
  • Administrative Recommendation
  • Transcripts for two prior years (where applicable)
  • Current year report for Marking Periods 1 and 2 or Trimester 1
WPPSI-IV or WISC-V Testing: This is an individually administered assessment that measures the cognitive abilities of young children. There is a fee for this assessment. It is offered by a licensed psychologist at St. Catherine's or through a private source. If you choose to have your daughter tested at St. Catherine’s, someone from the Admissions team will reach out after we receive your Request for Testing Form.

Applicant Visit: As part of the application process, applicants are invited to join at Lower School classroom for a Visit Day from 8:15 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (including lunch).
