World Religions
This in-person course explores Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and Native Spirituality through Ninian Smart’s seven dimensions. Through this course, students will have opportunities to learn from practitioners and have authentic experiences, exposing them to each World Tradition. Students will meet daily to discuss readings, sacred texts, and small group research projects focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the tradition while practicing critical thinking and analysis.
