St. Catherine's School prioritizes the continuous growth and enhancement of its faculty and staff. The school actively supports its employees by offering a range of opportunities, including work-related courses, conferences and workshops. We know that every employee has unique professional development goals, which is why we encourage faculty and staff individuals to engage with their supervisors to find the right opportunity for them.

- Faculty Summer Grants: Offered to faculty members who want to design their own professional learning opportunities during the summer.
- Innovation Fellows: Innovation Fellows is a cohort of St. Catherine’s faculty and staff members interested in strengthening the culture of innovation and collaboration within the School community. Each year, a group travels to the Nueva Design Thinking Institute in California over the summer and then works together over the next two years to implement design thinking in their daily work. Funded by a generous donor, the Innovation Fellows program provides a stipend to each participant.
- Black Is Tech: Members of the Technology Department attend conferences to learn more about the Technology industry and how to better support the safety and network of the St. Catherine's School. The Black Is Tech Conference creates a platform for black tech professionals, students, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts to connect, learn and gain the best resources for professional and business development.
- Robotics Academy Certified Training for LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime: St. Catherine's robotics instructors had the opportunity to take a certification through Canegie Mellon's Robotics Academy
