We will remain committed to ongoing healthcare and updated medical techniques to better enhance the overall quality of the healthcare provided to St. Catherine's student-athletes. The St. Catherine's Sports Medicine program aspires to produce the best medical care that can be adequately and institutionally provided. What is a Certified Athletic Trainer?
Certified Athletic Trainers, also known as ATs, are medical professionals who specialize in the prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries and illnesses that occur in athletics and among the physically active. You've probably seen an AT working with professional athletes on television, at local sporting events and in the high school athletic training room.Read more from Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association
