Phase One Announcement
St. Catherine's anticipates breaking ground Spring 2018 on Phase One that will include 172 surface parking spaces and a regulation-size turf field, providing year-round dry space for athletic competition, physical education, and recess.
This marks the beginning of a transformative capital project that will develop the southern third of campus. The exact date of breaking ground for Phase One is dependent upon acquiring final Board approval, receiving permits issued by the City of Richmond, and securing the remaining funds needed to launch the project. While we are in the quiet stage of our fundraising efforts, the initial responses from lead donors have been encouraging. This positive momentum affirms that this project is absolutely necessary and the timing is right.
