Robotics Advances to State Competition

Out-of-the-Box Saints will compete at JMU in early December.
     Out-of-the-Box Saints, the grade 4/5 robotics team, won the Champions Award in Division I at the FIRST Lego League local tournament at Deep Run HS over the weekend. They move on to the FIRST VA/DC Champions Tournament in early December at JMU.
     To be awarded the Champions Award a team must do well in all four parts of the competition: Core Values (Teamwork), Project Presentation, Design and Robot Performance.
