Robotics Teams Place at State Competition

The fifth grade and seventh grade teams placed high at the VA/DC First Lego League (FLL) Championship Event at JMU in December.
Two St. Catherine's Middle School robotics teams brought home trophies from the state robotics competition held in December. 

Four St. Catherine's robotics teams advanced to compete in the VA/DC First Lego League (FLL) Championship Event at JMU.

The fifth grade robotics team, Artemis, won first place in the FLL Core Values. Their robot scored 265 points to place fourth overall in robot performance. The seventh grade team, BOLTZ, earned the second place Innovation Project Award in Division 2. Two fourth grade teams competed over the weekend. Robo-Girls finished 13th and Electro Vibes finished 16th.
