Gold-White Cheer Rally Returns

Students in all three divisions showcased their School spirit.
Students in all three divisions gathered together on Friday in the Kenny Center for the first all-school in-person Gold-White Cheer Rally in two years.
Both the Gold Team and White Team showcased their talent and creativity with decorations, costumes and dances. Seniors representing each team competed in three different games. The White Team won the Cheer Rally based on the scores from the three judges — Barbara Crosby, Jennifer Harper and Martha Holt.      The Gold Team boasted a Despicable Me theme while the White Team went with Star Wars.
Gold/White is one of the School's oldest tradition. Each student and faculty and staff member is on either the Gold or the White team. Families members are on the same team.
In 1926, then Head Mistress Louisa Bacot Brackett divide the School into Gold Team and White Team in order to increase School spirit.
