New Readers in Library

The Wright Library has a unique approach to physical distancing.
Wright Library is open again! And there are some new visitors along with the students in grades 5-12 — 19 large, stuffed bears. Courtney Lewis, Director of Library Services and Innovative Research, placed the bears strategically to help the students with physical distancing.
Of course, the bears have names. The students voted and now the bears boast names such as Bearyonce, Simone Bearlnes, Susan Bear Anthony, Mariah Beary, Gwen Stuffani and Bearginia Randolph Ellett!
The students are taking advantage of the library with 945 circulated items in just three weeks!
