Third Graders Share Stories of Inspiring Women

Students completed their Inspiring Women project.
Eleanor Roosevelt, Ellen Ochoa, Simone Biles and Marie Curie joined third graders during the Zoom meeting this morning.
The students finished their Inspiring Women project this week by presenting their research through oral presentations on Flipgrid, dressed as inspiring women.
The unit was kicked off with the students reading "They Led the Way" (which was mailed to the girls this year). The girls were then assigned women to research. The students used eBooks and online articles for their research. Through the writing process of their report, they received feedback through Google Docs and video recordings before the final presentation.
