JK Raises Money For Water Tables
Lemonade for sale! Twenty-five cents!
The call rang out from the Portico, across the Green. The St. Catherine’s Junior Kindergarten girls encouraged anyone passing by to stop for a cold cup of lemonade.
The students hosted a Lemonade Stand on Thursday to raise money for water tables in their outdoor classroom. In less than two hours, the girls sold more than 520 cups filled with 25 gallons of lemonade for a total of $240.24.
