Nina Schroder is back this year to help us navigate the ever-changing world of digital media. As a mental health therapist who has studied the effects of high screen use on mental health, emotional resilience and overall well-being, Nina is uniquely qualified to help parents put appropriate limits on screen use while embracing the benefits of the digital age.
