Learning about Inclusion, Respect and Empathy
David Flood, a nationally known youth motivational speaker, spoke to girls in grades 5-8 on Wednesday.
Motivational speaker David Flood talked to Middle School students on Thursday about inclusion, respect and empathy. He worked in small discussion groups with eighth graders and also met with all MS students — addressing seventh and eighth graders together and talking to fifth and sixth graders as a grade level.
The girls were challenged to look on the inside, thank two adults (and make eye contact) and make sure no one eats alone.
