Student and Teacher Visit School in Spain

Upper School Spanish teacher Susan Steenrod and her daughter, sophomore Cameron, traveled to Spain over Spring Break to connect with IES Las Salinas in Fuengirola.
Steenrod has been working with the school for two years as part of the Dillon Barnett Award. During the school year, Steenrod's students engage with the students at IES Las Salina through video exchanges using flipgrid.
"We definitely accomplished our mission as they expressed how much they enjoyed exchanging videos with us and want to keep working on projects together this year and next," Steenrod said.
While in Spain, Cameron presented to the students about life at St. Catherine's.
