  • Physical Education Teacher/Coach
St. Catherine’s School seeks an experienced Physical Education Teacher/Coach to be an integral part of our highly successful Physical Education and Health department to teach students JK to grade 8 and coach teams from middle school through Varsity levels. Applicants must have a strong philosophy of teaching the whole child, including the cognitive, physical, and effective domains in each lesson. Successful candidates will collaborate with students, faculty and parents to build a healthy community with a lifelong love and appreciation for physical activity and healthy lifestyles.   • Middle School English Teacher
St. Catherine’s School seeks a Middle School English Teacher for the 2017-18 school term. The Middle School English curriculum addresses the development of the three main areas of classical English education: reading comprehension, composition and grammar. The grades 5-8 curriculum develops an appreciation for diverse literature and promotes discovery and expression through various formative and summative assessments. This teacher will serve as an advisor to a homeroom, sponsor student groups, and work with colleagues on interdisciplinary curriculum.   • Upper School English Teacher
St. Catherine’s School seeks an Upper School English Teacher to begin work for the 2017-18 school term. The Upper School English curriculum focuses on helping students to develop an appreciation for great literature written by diverse authors, the critical thinking skills to analyze literature from multiple viewpoints, and the communication skills to convey ideas and arguments cogently in writing and in speech. The ninth grade curriculum introduces students to literary analysis through a genre study of world literature, while the tenth and eleventh grades present a survey of British and American literature, respectively.  Students choose from an array of diverse elective courses and AP English Language and Literature senior year.  For more information about this exciting opportunity and how to apply click here.

  • Executive Assistant and Project Manager for the Director of Middle School
St. Catherine's School is seeking an Executive Assistant and Project Manager for the Middle School Director. This position performs a wide variety of highly responsible and important duties for the Middle School division of St. Catherine’s School. The position plays a key support role. This position will be expected to maintain a professional, courteous and helpful manner in daily interactions with a diverse range of internal and external constituents.
